NOTICE OF GENERAL ELECTION

TO THE REGISTERED VOTERS OF THE CITY OF JERSEY VILLAGE, TEXAS:

Notice is hereby given that the polling places listed below will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on May 10, 2008, for voting in a General Election for the purpose of electing a three Councilmembers for Place Numbers 1, 4 and 5.

LOCATION OF POLLING PLACES:

Municipal Government Center
16327 Lakeview Drive
Jersey Village, Texas 77040

Early Voting by personal appearance will be conducted each week day beginning Monday, April 28, 2008, and ending Tuesday, May 6, 2008, at the Municipal Government Center, 16327 Lakeview Drive, Jersey Village, Texas 77040 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on April 28^th through May 2nd; 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Saturday, May 3rd; and 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. May 5th^th and May 6^th.

Applications for ballots by mail shall be mailed to the office of:

Applications for ballots by mail must be received no later than close of business on May 2, 2008.
